git-workflow.md describes the no-bypass rule in the present tense with a verification command instead of a dated claim; structure.md says only the universal spec is published and the others are gitignored.

Add website mirrors for docs/maintenance-crew.md (Guides) and docs/ageai-setup-maintenance-crew-prompt.md (AI Workflow Reference), so the crew documentation is reachable from the site like the other guides. Restructure docs/maintenance-crew.md for a first-time reader: a "Before you start" section with time and cost expectations and the prerequisite checklist up front; setup as a list of what ends up where, pointing at @setup-maintenance-crew for the procedure; platform details moved to the setup procedure document. About a third shorter, nothing about enforcement, identity or the token removed. Add docs/assets/maintenance-round.svg, an animated overview of one round in the site's palette, embedded at the top of "What a round looks like". Link the guide from the README documentation list.
