Issues

• cicd-pipeline: the EventBus PodDisruptionBudget (maxUnavailable: 0) refuses every eviction, so a hub node hosting an app's EventBus pod can never be drained or replaced

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1088 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• kind-kro-ack: hub:seed stores an empty aws_argocd_url on a fresh install, because it runs before the Argo CD capability exists, and nothing fills it in later, so every Backstage Argo CD link points at the CloudFront domain

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1087 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• kind-kro-ack destroy step 6 prints "✓ deleted" for deletes that failed, so a teardown that leaves log groups (or secrets, OIDC providers, AMP workspaces) behind reports them as deleted

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1086 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• hub:destroy-addons prunes platform-manifests-bootstrap early, so the NodePools go first and every controller pinned to system-peeks is evicted for the rest of the teardown

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1085 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• Self-paced template: the teardown grant is fixed to peeks*, so a stack with another ResourcePrefix can't delete its own buckets, repos and log groups, and no stack can delete the DevLake Aurora cluster

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1080 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• Self-paced template: delete-stack terminates the IDE before the Bootstrap custom resource can run task destroy on it, so the in-IDE teardown never runs

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1079 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• After the #1033 pivot, hub:destroy-addons prunes multi-acct early, so the hub deletes its own Argo CD and ACK capability roles mid-teardown

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1078 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• spokes:disable-kro's Argo CD token refresh can never run under go-task, and a teardown shouldn't sign in through Identity Center anyway

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1077 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 16, 2026

• The install's final hub pivot (#1033) can wait 30 minutes after the install has used most of its 2-hour budget; the SSM step then kills it mid-gate and the stack ends CREATE_FAILED

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1074 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 15, 2026

• idc:configure has no skip knob: a second stack in the account leaves the shared IAM Identity Center alone only because a status check happens to find the git user

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1073 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 15, 2026

• Self-paced install: aiops-agent-<hub> stays OutOfSync/Missing because the OAP layer it needs (the mcp-server ComponentDefinition) is never installed

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1072 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 15, 2026

• CICDPipeline DORA setup can't recover once a run has created the DevLake project: re-runs and retries fail on "blueprint id 'null'", and the app's DORA records are never sent

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1071 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 15, 2026

• Hub self-adoption pivot (#1033) can't pass its adoption gate on a fresh install: the hub's own Capability CRs go Terminal "Resource already exists"

  aws-samples/appmod-blueprints#1070 · Filter by author pnz1990 opened on Oct 15, 2026

• A second workshop stack in the account adopts the first stack's HuggingFace model IAM roles and policies (unprefixed names, adopt-or-create)

• spokes:enable-crossplane overwrites crossplane-clusters/values.yaml, so enabling spoke-prod drops spoke-dev

• Teardown deletes another workshop stack's AMP scrapers and IDE-VPC security groups: the sweep and kind-kro-ack destroy aren't scoped to the resource prefix
