stuck on the “Loading page..."

I login in 127.0.0.1:8080，click the “open” icon， then is stuck on the “Loading page..."

And this page can never jump to the rendering page.

I get stuck there too!
I managed to create a new "task", so when I start the server and connect to it I see 2 tasks: the demo (in playground mode) and mine, but when click the "open" button of my task I just get stuck on the loading page.

I even tried to copy the content of the demo task's directory (i.e. the data) into the directory of my task, therefore obtaining 2 identical directories, apart from the name. Still, the demo starts and my task does not.

Some help would be appreciated, I'm more than happy to provide further details.
