📝 Changes description

Added a dedicated /for-artisans page at src/app/for-artisans/page.tsx.

The page focuses on a simple artisan-facing value proposition, including:

• artisan-specific benefits
• a straightforward apply/join section

The footer already pointed to /for-artisans, so no footer update was required. The page was also simplified after review to keep the layout cleaner and easier to scan.
