Set MAINLINE_MIRROR=github in the apps, cloud and community configs, as 254eb6c did for config-armbian-images.conf.

Expected result: every image type fetches mainline from the GitHub mirror through the runner git proxy. Apps images keep reusing the OCI cache of the images config.

Requires armbian/build#10949 (merged).
