Re-add Footer component to session view to display: - Current working directory - LSP server count with status indicator - MCP server count with error status indicator - Permission indicators (if any pending) - /status command hint This restores functionality that was removed in commit 2bb299d to improve responsive layout, ensuring users always have access to session status information.
