Community Development Meetings
We host monthly community development meetings on the fourth Thursday of the month at 8.30am Pacific time (please check here for your time zone). These meetings bring together Artefactual and community contributors to discuss current release work and review previous work. Facilitated by the Contributor Success Specialist, the meetings provide an open forum for discussing active community contributions and planning future ones.
Artefactual maintainers and contributors report on current release work and reflect on the last month’s progress and challenges. Community contributors are given the opportunity to report on their in-progress issues and pull requests, receiving input from the Archivematica maintainers. These meetings provide an opportunity to work closer together, ensuring effective communication and community contributions.
From January to April 2026, we will be opening the first three meetings of the year to all code contributors or potential code contributors. If you are interested in attending the meeting, please see the date and times below. You can join the meeting following the Zoom invite below:
