Spoc

This script requires Yael library (https://github.com/jackculpepper/yael).

This script gets a .fvecs file of 1491 * 37 * 37 512-dimensional vectors, which are an output of the last convolutional layer of VGG-19 network on the Holidays dataset and computes SPoC descriptors.
