@grozdanowski This is a draft PR so you can start working on the theme side of the Resume Course Button enhancements.
In order to make this PR work in your devstack, you also need to checkout the edx-plaform branch maxi/course-theme-helper where I'm currently working on the test, but the functionality is ready.

This is draft PR, since I added examples of how to use the new variables, please remove all those after you start working. Please let me know if you have any question.
