Graduate from beta to a stable 1.0. - build.gradle: versionCode 62 -> 63; versionName "v0.9.0-beta" -> "v1.0.0" (drives the APK names and the version the user sees). - Drop beta from the UI across all 34 locales: remove "(BETA)" from the LocalOnly hotspot label, keeping each translation, and delete the unused strings version_footer_fallback (it held a stale "v0.3.xbeta") and beta_tag. - ota-release-notes.md: add the v1.0.0 entry (its header must match the release tag). - Release workflow: build both flavors (standard + fdroid) and upload both to R2; keep the GitHub Release and the OTA update.json for standard only (fdroid ships with OTA disabled and is distributed through F-Droid). Fix the R2 / update.json APK path: it used apk/release and never matched a flavored build (apk/<flavor>/release). Both flavors build; APKs name as v1.0.0. README and LICENSE are unchanged.
