…th REUSE Add a REUSE.toml and LICENSES/ so license scanners (F-Droid, SPDX, REUSE) resolve the license from the sources, not only the README. Declared by path glob, so no per-file header change: - First-party: GPL-3.0-or-later, AppDevForAll. - Files that started in IIAB Android: GPL-3.0-or-later, co-copyright IIAB Project and AppDevForAll; existing headers kept. - Third-party kept as-is: the Gradle wrapper and one AOSP icon stay Apache-2.0. - Dashboard package.json license ISC -> GPL-3.0-or-later. reuse lint passes (1370/1370 files). README and LICENSE are unchanged.
