The Preferences entry point and the code comments describing it
referred to the merged Plugins/Templates screen as the "Extensions
Manager", predating its current scope. Renamed to "Addons Manager"
throughout, and updated the entry's summary from "Manage IDE plugins
and templates" to "Manage IDE addons" to match.
The in-screen TopAppBar title ("Plugins & Templates") is a separate
string describing the two tabs and is left as-is.

Summary
The merged Plugins/Templates screen's Preferences entry point was still labeled "Extensions Manager", a name predating the Templates merge. Renamed to "Addons Manager" (and its summary from "Manage IDE plugins and templates" to "Manage IDE addons"), matching the parent epic's "unified addon manager" terminology.
plugin_manager_title: "Extensions Manager" -> "Addons Manager"plugin_manager_summary: "Manage IDE plugins and templates" -> "Manage IDE addons"ManagerScreen.ktandIDEApplication.ktthat referred to the feature as "the Extensions Manager", for consistency.TopAppBartitle ("Plugins & Templates") is a separate string describing the two tabs and is intentionally left unchanged.Testing
Verified on a physical device: the Preferences list now shows "Addons Manager" / "Manage IDE addons", the screen still opens correctly, no crashes.
