E2E tests (Node.js, MCP 2026-07-28 server) failed only in basic/remote-open: the live https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=docs endpoint returned 502 Bad Gateway on tools-list. That test hits the real Apify server and doesn't touch the server-info formatting this PR changes; the other six jobs (including basic/human-output on both server eras) are green. Re-ran the failed job once.
