security.tape records a bare `mcpc connect` skipping a checked-in
.mcp.json entry that reads ${GITHUB_TOKEN} and refusing -H; the GIF is
embedded under the README's auto-discovery trust note. skills.tape now
also browses a skill folder with resources-directory-read.
