Addresses TIKA-4915
GET /tika405-as-success with a real smoke:PUT values.schema.jsonthrough/detect,/meta, and/tika, plus GET/version.helm testand the kind install-test Job. No new fixture; assertions are not tied to chart/image versions.ct list-changed --charts .so install-test actually runs on this root chart.
