This PR aim to introduce
isSupportedExtractto prevent happening unexpected behavior.Why are the changes needed?
Currently, DS V2 push down do not check the unsupported extract and lead to potential risk.
This PR adds
isSupportedExtractintoJDBCDialectso at all the subclass could push down extract safety.Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
