NIFI-14431 - Added "Details & Attributes" side panel to content viewer.

Summary

NIFI-14431 - Added a side panel to the content viewer page to show flowfile or provenance events details and attributes. The panel can be collapsed and resized, and the state of the panel persists when re opening the content viewer. The panel was added on the main content viewer page and not on the standard content viewer so that it works with any custom content viewers.
