The APT-to-Markdown conversion left code fences marked
unknown. They now name their language (xml, java, bash, textand so on), which the next Fluido skin release uses for highlighting. Only fence lines change in the first commit. The second commit shows custom resource filters as JSR-330 components (
@Singleton @Named("itFilter")) instead of the@plexus.componentjavadoc tag andplexus-component-metadata, and links to the Maven & JSR-330 page for the index setup. The mojo already receives filters as an injected map keyed by name.Part of apache/maven-site#1766.
