@weizhouapache a [SL] Jenkins job has been kicked to build packages. It will be bundled with KVM, XenServer and VMware SystemVM templates. I'll keep you posted as I make progress. |

lgtm. Checked env marvin logs, network acl list is deleted.
run the test 3 times, all succeeded

Description
This PR cleans the acl in test_global_acls.py, so that the test can be executed multiple times without error
Prior to this change, it failed at 2nd run with error
now, it succeeds
