The “Newton-Raphson-based optimizer” has high optimization efficiency in most cases.

Are you an author or co-author of the paper as well? Or a follow-up question is this a re-implementatin of the paper or based on code published along with it?

I just reimplemented the algorithm with pymoo according to the paper.
