Copies all 9 skills from the Claude for Healthcare plugin verbatim: clinical-note-extract, clinical-trial-protocol, contracts, doc-extract, fhir, fhir-developer, fraud-detection, icd10-cm, prior-auth, and procedure-coding. Unlike most skills in this repo, this content is provided under Anthropic's terms of service rather than the Apache-2.0 LICENSE.txt used elsewhere here - each imported skill carries a NOTICE.md and a license/source field in its SKILL.md frontmatter pointing back to the source repo.
