Single-tap to lock mode missing from Rust re-write

What happened?

In the old Hex app I used single tap shortcut mode where I could press the shortcut once, let go, do my dictation and then press again to stop and transcribe. I found this far more handy than pressing and holding the whole time or having to do a double tap. This option seems to be missing from the settings page of the Rust rewrite, please can you add it back because until then I'm going to have to switch back to the old version.

Steps to reproduce

Install, go to the settings page, observe the only options being double tap to lock and double tap only - when I'm looking for a single tap to lock option.

Single-tap start/stop is a real gap from the legacy app. It is already called out in ROADMAP.md as a separate activation mode after the shortcut reliability work. I am keeping it distinct from double-tap locking: one press/release starts hands-free capture, the next press stops it, and Escape cancels.

This needs dedicated hold/lock, accidental-chord, and cold-microphone tests before it ships. It is not included in the current regression fixes, and I am leaving this open to track it.
