Google merged AC-4 profile/level contribution recently:
With previous contribution https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/frameworks/base/+/2389989, application can notify AC-4 codec profile/level info so that AC-4 codec can be initialized with correct configuration.
This contribution parses the profile/level info from AC-4 stream and set them to MediaFormat structure.
