In the idle mode measurement, Timer flag was forgotten to clear. Added TMR32_ClearFlag(MXC_TMR1); to get time duration properly.
Also fixed joule calculation which was causing the values to overflow the LCD lines. Dispalyin in mJ is better for visibility.
