Simulation and visual display (in the console) of a digital alarm clock. 

When you start the clock, the time is not set yet so it flashes '12:00' until
the time is set.

Options to set alarm, snooze, turn alarm on/off, toggle military time, 
set time zone, display two different time zones, toggle display of seconds, 
and set date are also available.
