image: Store partition manifests in a dict - #336

DdiInfo lists the partitions an invocation writes as records with the whole definition, but every reader only needs the manifest of each partition by name. Let's store the manifests in a dict keyed by partition name. Signed-off-by: Daan De Meyer <daan@amutable.com>
