LiDARに写り込んでしまう外れ値の点を除去する機能を実装しました.
start_ignore_angle_とend_ignore_angle_内かつignore_distance_以下の点を除去し,rangesの値を最大値に書き換えるように実装しています.
確認お願いいたします.
