This Genesys Cloud Developer blueprint demonstrates how to build a web chat-based chatbot using Genesys Cloud's web chat and bot capabilities and integrate that chatbot with an AWS lambda. All the components used in this solution can be deployed using Terraform, the Terraform AWS provider, and the Terraform Genesys Cloud CX as Code provider.
