F421_PB4 bootloader confirmed working on SkyStars KO60 II...

...I received what I assume is a revision 2 of the KO60... has ArteryTek F421 -- ohm'd PB4 thru a resistor to corresponding pad for FC.

Needed STLinkv2, V3miniE didn't work.
