The old "Memory Index" page (3a045572-b580-81c5-a067-df834ca9ecc2) is now 404 -- deleted or unshared with the integration during a manual Notion reorg on 2026-08-01. Repointing new-page parenting at the "Claude" page (3a045572-b580-8007-b622-c120958557bf), which is being adopted as the new root going forward, mirroring the existing "Gemini" root page convention used by delegate_agent's log_to_notion option.
…eed to be set per-workspace Both "has a working default" descriptions were misleading for self-hosters: the defaults point to pages/databases in the original deployer's own Notion workspace, which a new user's own Notion integration has no access to. Spells out what to actually do (share a page/database with your integration, grab its ID from the URL, set the env var).
