This repository contains the analysis pipeline used in the study:
A Systematic Study on the Integration of MRI Connectivity Metrics for Alzheimer’s Diagnosis, Staging, and Cognitive Decline Prediction
The framework implements a fully reproducible pipeline for:
- Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis and staging (CN, MCI, AD)
- Longitudinal cognitive decline prediction (ΔMMSE)
- Integration of multimodal MRI features, including morphometric, microstructural, and graph-theoretic connectivity metrics
- Ensemble learning with performance- and diversity-based model selection
- Model interpretability using SHAP and LIME
The code is provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the reported results and is intended for research use only.
