Hello Alex!

Thanks for this module, it helped me a lot. I'm having a fatal issue sometimes in the line 91 at RNBluetoothHeadsetDetectModule.java.

The error is "java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: No virtual method".

I believe this is caused by an AudioManager moment the is possible undefined.

@LudoLamerre I made a change by myself in the java file and a PR with this correction, but never accepted.
