Stopping a repo answered its stop waiters but kept the senders for search streams and for waits on a peer's connection. Nothing would ever send on them again, so a `Repo::search` stream never ended and `Repo::find` and `Repo::when_connected` never returned: their waiters hung rather than seeing `Stopped`. The repo now drops those senders when the hub reports it has stopped.
