Team OS Example Repo

Scaling isn't about making yourself faster - it's about making your team better.

This repo is a complete example of a Team OS - the shared knowledge base that turns your team's collective context into something AI can actually use.

The example company is Forge, a fictional AI prototyping startup with a 10-person product team. Inside, you'll find product docs, engineering plans, analytics, customer call notes, competitive research, and more - everything a product team needs, structured so that when anyone starts a new AI session, the agent already knows what it's working with.

Instead of one person bottlenecking context, everyone on the team can self-serve. The repo becomes the shared brain of the team.
