@lottycoupat this is an incredible start! It is really clear and I think it works very well. I definitely feel like I have a really good orientation by reading this doc. A few minor suggestions but mainly just spelling etc.
Maybe some links would be useful?

Very clear and great to have this all in one place! Maybe it would be best to have it as a folder in the main repo?

Is the 1:1 chat something we can offer as the project grows? If you have capacity to do this, that's great! The strategy can also be changed if needed.
