Creation of the sprint-3 sprint report
Added initial modification to report sprint 3

Please move the issue on training to ongoing, otherwise this is approved.
The sprint report is difficult to digest with the video - it looks like they have been created very separately - so it isn't easy for external people to give feedback at this stage. I've chatted with @SaimaButt with some suggestions to help team members better understand the purpose of this document.

I don't think this issue #192 is closed, which is right because it hasn't been captured in the GitHub repository. I'll add some comments there now.

Does the name on this issue need to be changed? It says to collect feedback from sprints 1 & 2?
