Understood. This is a straightforward synchronization fix: app/src/app/api/settings/api-keys/route.ts has a separate ALLOWED_PROVIDERS that needs glm added to match PR #197's server action change. Single file, clear AC, low risk. Typecheck and lint will be verified before merge.
🤖 Claude self-acceptance (M8 workload=trivial). accepted-by-claude applied — Module 4 develop-gate will pick this up. Maintainer may override with rejected.

perform the final human review and approve (PRD §6).
Next: Module 9 (merge queue) triggers on approved + green checks.
⚠️Module 4 retry produced no new commits (issue #57).
Claude analysed the prior test report and concluded the existing branch tip already addresses it — pre-sha == post-sha, so no commit was made. Downstream modules (pr-lifecycle → verify) will NOT fire because there is no new push event for pull_request.synchronize to deliver.
Maintainer action required:
Inspect the existing PR — the fix code may already be correct and the prior test failure spurious
OR re-dispatch code-generate.yml with stronger guidance in the issue
✓ lint (next lint) — passed, no warnings or errors
Acceptance criteria coverage
✓ [C1] ALLOWED_PROVIDERS includes "glm" in POST /api/settings/api-keys — Verified by source inspection (route.ts:16). Commit b24af19 confirms the change. No automated test asserts this value.
✓ [C3] ESLint passes — Verified by next lint (clean)
Summary
All 19 existing tests pass cleanly. Both test-plan items from the issue (typecheck, lint) pass. The ALLOWED_PROVIDERS change is present in the source. However, the validation logic on the POST /api/settings/api-keys route (ALLOWED_PROVIDERS Set, provider rejection, key-length check) has zero test coverage — a future regression could silently re-add or remove a provider without any test catching it.
