Don't object to this, but unfortunately the linting is not happy. Most of the linting issues were fixed with #257 but that PR has other elements which I had questions on. You can either wait for it or cherry-pick those points. |

Updated the lib/pq version, since the old lib/pq version is not supporting SCRAM-SHA-256 authentication (feature made available from Postgres 10 onwards)
