The staged package was built before `repo` and `contact` were added to the manifest, and marketplace review counts both as required — the submission would have failed `pre-check-plugin` on the manifest-metadata step. Rebuilt from aimlapi/dify-aimlapi-plugin@main. Same version: 0.0.9 has not been published to the marketplace yet, so re-cutting it is not a version reuse. Validated with the marketplace's own toolkit: manifest metadata, package contents, secrets, binaries, README metadata, financial activity and python safety all clean.
