Added ability to use tracked dust properties for snapshots with 'live' dust when making mock Hubble visualizations.
Routine will use the global silicate-to-carbonaceous dust ratio to determine whether the dust population is SMC, LMC, or MW or user can just force which dust population to use.
Routine will also determine each gas parcel's effective attenuation mass by using local gas-to-dust ratios instead of always assuming a MW dust-to-metal ratio with some gas temperature cutoff.
