This PR introduces a bunch of new updates to the Fetch SDK;
CI - The tests are now configured to run when a PR is opened or the branch being PR'd is updated, this also includes running a non-blocking security check.
Package updates - fixed all severe, high and moderates issues.
Introduced V3 configuration and URL building to support V3 APIs.
Introduced OpenAPI spec types for API Type Responses
Cleaned up the test suite, added proper unit tests
Fixed integration tests and added ENV vars to this repo > settings for use
Fixed an issue with fields not passing through on list calls
