Add partial export of .tsv

Hi, and first of all thanks for making the 661k collection so easily navigable :)

Would you consider an option to export in the .tsv only the first n results?
The motivation is that generating large .tsv takes time. So when one wants to recover 1k E.coli genomes of good quality, exporting all of the 80k matches is unnecessary and slower.
