- For .NET reporting tried a simple BDD library https://github.com/LightBDD/LightBDD, it does not support attachments; opened LightBDD/LightBDD#255

- It seems that there is a more mature, but much more complex, BDD framework for .NET called SpecFlow https://specflow.org/
