Added a spinner to `wa send`, `wa media upload`, and `wa media download` commands to improve UX during long-running operations. The spinner is conditional on `!Output.isJsonMode()` to ensure machine-readable output is not corrupted. - Modified `src/cli/ui.ts` to support conditional spinners and add `fail()` method. - Updated `src/cli/cmd/wa/send.ts` to use spinner. - Updated `src/cli/cmd/wa/media.ts` to use spinner. Implemented loading spinners for long-running WhatsApp commands to provide visual feedback to the user. The spinner implementation respects the JSON output mode, ensuring that scripts parsing the output are not affected. Also added a
