chore: Remove dead dependencies

Removes plop
Updates glob and removes glob-promise because glob now natively supports that
Removes dead useSearchAutocomplete docs
Removes yargs in favour of native node arg handling
Updates rimraf
Removes instanbul, nyc, babelify, p-queue, react-axe, and sinon becasue we don't currently use them
Updates postcss
