detectPlanRequirement defaulted requiredPlan to 'Pro' when the API omitted required_plan, so entitlement refusals pointed users at a plan that doesn't exist. Cloud ships with every paid tier, so there is no single name the CLI can assume — leave it unset and say so instead.
