Peregrine AI is a free chrome extension bringing the power of LLMs to the browser.

With PeregrineAI, you can generate in-browser sticky-notes on selected text, elevating the browsing experience.

Installation

1. Download the github repo
2. Unzip the PeregrineAI folder (if necessary)
3. Go to chrome://extensions/
4. Click Load unpacked in the top-left corner
5. Refresh the browser
6. Click the Peregrine extension in the browser
7. In the text box, insert your Gemini API key and click Save API Key
8. Once your API key is saved, select any text on any webpage and then click the Peregrine Icon to activate Peregrine
