Unofficial app for cherwell ITSM. Windows phone 8.1/Windows 8 universal app using cherwells public API to allow for acknowledging and monitoring Incidents. Plans to send toasts and play alarm sounds when an urgent incident is assigned to your team is in the works. Also a rotation schedule to specify when you're on support is planned.
