Summary
PR #3's Windows
Rust workspacejob exits at the supply-chain step becauseEmbarkStudios/cargo-deny-actionis a container action and only runs on Linux. That step is now its own Ubuntu job. The Windows job keeps fmt, Clippy, tests, and the viewer smoke.The formatting-only commit is already in the squash merge of #3. The cargo-fuzz smoke job on that PR passed without a
libstdc++path change.Verification
cargo deny --locked checkpassed locally on this tree before Harden agent publish, public STDF evidence, lints, fuzz, and decode throughput #3 merged (cargo-deny 0.20.2).
