Change all to use new isZero
Remove price rounding where applicable
use EPSILON for margin calculation on non-native positions
Fixed getLiquidity function where Math.sqrt wasn't applied properly
Changed the way isNearZero is calculated
Changed PRICE_MAX point to have less zeroes in floating part
Improved (hopefully) readability of calculatePriceRange


          Change all to use isNearZero, remove price rounding, router is broken
